The required ports for Logpoint Agent for Windows and their respective functions are:

You must install Logpoint Agent for Window .msi in the Windows device and Logpoint Agent Collector .pak in the Logpoint server. Logpoint Agent for Windows collects logs from a Windows device and sends them to Logpoint via Logpoint Agent Collector.
Browse to the downloaded Logpoint Agent for Windows .msi file.
Install the .msi file on the Windows device.
After installing the msi, Logpoint Agent Collector creates a new folder named lpagent in C:\Program Files (x86).
Important
You must have the following ports open to allow the communication between Logpoint Agent Collector and Logpoint Agent for Windows:
Port 7994 TCP, where the Windows device listens to management requests from Logpoint. The port is for cleartext mode communication between Logpoint Agent Collector and Logpoint Agent for Windows.
Port 7995 TLS, where the Windows device listens to management requests from Logpoint. The port is for an encrypted mode of communication between Logpoint Agent Collector and Logpoint Agent for Windows.
Download the .pak file from the Download section in Release Notes.
Go to Settings >> System Settings from the navigation bar and click Applications.
Click Import.
Browse to the downloaded Logpoint Agent Collector .pak file.
Click Upload.
After installing Logpoint Agent Collector, you can find it under Settings >> System Settings >> Plugins.
Go to Settings >> System Settings from the navigation bar and click Applications.
Click Import.
Browse to the downloaded LPA Windows .pak file.
Click Upload.
To upgrade Logpoint Agent in Logpoint, you must import Logpoint Agent Collector. Go to Installing Logpoint Agent Collector in Logpoint for more details.
After the upgrade, you must:
Refresh Logpoint Agent Powered by NxLog to reflect the changes.
Remove old Certificates and generate new ones.
To unstall Logpoint Agent Collector, you must delete Logpoint Agent from Windows and Logpoint Agent Device from Logpoint Agent Powered by Nxlog. You must also delete Logpoint Agent Collector configuration.
Go to Settings >> Configuration from the navigation bar and click Devices.
Click the Add Collectors/Fetchers (
) icon from Actions of the device.
Click Logpoint Agent Powered by NxLog and click Delete.
Click the Delete (
) icon from Actions of the device.
Click Yes.
Go to Windows and right-click the Logpoint Agent for Windows Installer package file.
Click Uninstall and then Run.
Go to Settings >> System Settings from the navigation bar and click Plugins.
Find Logpoint Agent Powered by NxLog and click Manage.
Select Global Settings and disable Enable Batching and Enable Buffering.
Click Submit.
Select Templates and click the Delete (
) icon from Actions of the created template.
Go to Settings >> System Settings from the navigation bar and click Applications.
Click the Uninstall (
) icon from Actions of Logpoint Agent Collector.
